Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Identity Platform to lead Authentication, Verified Identity Network, and Identity Proofing.

You will drive strategy and roadmap for scalable identity services across Consumers, Merchants, and Developers, collaborating with engineering, UX, and data science to deliver secure, high-impact experiences across web and mobile. You have 10+ years in platform product management, deep identity knowledge, and a data-driven mindset to define KPIs,

Qualifications

• Define and lead IAM platform vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for complex identity and access management.
• Deep understanding of identity, authentication, federation, SSO, MFA, and standards (OIDC/OAuth, FIDO, NIST 800-63).
• Ten-plus years in platform product management for large-scale SaaS, with developer-focused exposure.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture leaders on SaaS architecture and API design.
• Data-driven decision making with KPIs/OKRs; use telemetry and dashboards to prioritize.
• Identify AI/ML opportunities to enhance identity workflows and security.
• Lead full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and scaling.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Eng, Design, Research, Marketing, Sales, Support.
• Communicate effectively with executives, customers, and partners.
• Customer-focused approach to solve identity/authentication pains for enterprise and consumer users.

• Work with data scientists to apply AI/ML to identity solutions.
