Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across partner facilities in Arizona. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop and implement plans, supervise PTAs, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining excellent patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical teams, ongoing professional development, and commitment to infection control and safety standards in diverse care settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines and expected outcomes
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate and ensuring compliance with the state practice act in the state(s) where you are licensed.
