Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer who will deliver expert training sessions and proactively grow their client base through sales, outreach, and retention strategies. The role blends fitness coaching with business development, offering a path to leadership and high earnings.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.).
• Sales experience and ability to close leads.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively generate leads through in-gym interactions and referrals.
• Conduct kickoff sessions and assessments for new members as part of the sales process.
• Convert leads into paying clients and meet sales targets.
• Create and update personalized training programs and track client progress.
