Crunch Fitness is hiring a dynamic Personal Trainer in Florida who combines expert fitness coaching with proactive sales to grow a personal roster. You’ll deliver high-quality training sessions and actively grow your book of business through outreach and retention strategies.

In this dual role you’ll meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets, educate clients on technique and health, and collaborate with staff to deliver a premier member experience. Full benefits and growth await.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required and active.
• Nationally recognized personal trainer certification (NASM/ACE/NSCA etc.).
• Degree in exercise science or related field preferred.
• Proven success in personal training and client results.
• Sales experience or ability to close leads and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Actively generate leads through in-gym interactions, community outreach and referrals.
• Conduct kickoff sessions and assessments with new members as part of sales.
• Convert leads into paying clients by delivering value and handling objections.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets.
• Create and update personalized training programs based on client needs.
• Educate clients on technique, recovery and overall health.
• Track client progress and maintain motivation.
• Maintain a clean, organized training environment and club.
• Stay updated on fitness trends, certifications, and continuing education.
• Collaborate with trainers and staff to deliver premium client experience.
