The role emphasizes consultative sales and relationship building, with a focus on deposits, loans, and fee-based services.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• Must understand advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• Understanding Retail policies and procedures to utilize good judgment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment time via NMLS.

Responsabilités

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Use CAMP and marketing tools to reach customers and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities as directed.
• Refer customers to Business Partners for comprehensive solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
• Provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Handle customer questions and issues with confidence.
• Keep business information confidential.
• Follow Bancorp Code of Conduct and policies.
• Open/Service full range of Retail products according to procedures.
• Participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes from application to closing.
• Assist in opening/closing Financial Center or Bank Mart per manager's direction.
• Stay updated on Retail procedures to mitigate fraud and risk.
