Fifth Third Bank in Ocala, FL is seeking a Retail Personal Banker I to begin in a 4–8 week onboarding program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service. You will use a consultative sales process to identify customer financial needs and advance relationships with new households and existing customers.

Formación

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Sales experience to acquire new consumer households and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS.

Responsabilidades

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and reach out for periodic financial reviews.
• Partner with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment teams for holistic solutions.
• Process teller transactions and support branch operations as needed.
