JCB Inc. is seeking a detail oriented Media Strategy Specialist to execute and optimize digital paid media programs in North America.

You will manage Paid Search, Paid Social, and PMAX campaigns using Smartly.io, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will collaborate with the Media Strategy Manager and cross‑functional teams to align campaigns with business priorities, while ensuring accurate setup, ongoing optimization, and clear performance

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years hands‑on Paid Search, Paid Social, or PMAX experience.
• Experience with Smartly.io, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
• Experience setting up tracking (UTMs, pixels) and measurement.
• Must pass drug screen/background checks.

Aufgaben

• Build, launch, and manage Paid Search, Paid Social, and PMAX campaigns.
• Perform daily campaign optimizations and budget pacing.
• Set up and QA tracking, UTMs, conversion goals, and pixels.
• Support creative testing in Smartly.io including A/B tests.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align messaging and priorities.
