Job summary

Vision Group, a leading vision correction provider in North America, is seeking a Paid Media professional to drive multi-market digital campaigns across Search, Meta, YouTube, TikTok and more. You will optimize budgets, improve CPL and CAC, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize ROI.

You have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok and programmatic platforms, plus knowledge of offline media.

Qualifications

5+ years of paid media/digital marketing experience.
Experience managing multi-market and U.S. local-market campaigns.
Experience with pay-per-performance, affiliate or third-party lead programs.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize lead generation and direct response campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Oversee pay-per-performance campaigns and lead sources to improve ROI.
Control budgets and pacing across channels and markets to optimize CPL, CAC and revenue.
Use performance data to identify opportunities and make investment recommendations.
Test across creative, audiences, bidding, messaging and landing experiences.
