Job summary

Dolead, a Boston-based employer, seeks a Performance Marketing Manager Specialist to own performance and growth for a NA portfolio. You’ll join a growth squad with Customer Success and Paid Acquisition specialists, driving performance insights into actionable growth across paid channels.

You will work hands-on to test ideas, optimize campaigns, and take increasing ownership as you scale. Boston hybrid model, 2–3 days in-office, with remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in performance marketing or growth marketing.
• Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Clear communicator who turns data into action.
• Experience running tests across campaigns, creatives and audiences.
• Ability to manage several campaigns or accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
• Monitor KPIs and identify meaningful performance changes.
• Investigate performance issues across channels, creatives, landing pages and offers.
• Translate analysis into clear, prioritized recommendations for the squad.
• Support growth plans with the Performance Marketing and Customer Success teams.
• Build and run structured experiments across creatives, audiences, offers and channels.
• Collaborate with Paid Acquisition specialists to improve execution and share learnings.
• Contribute to forecasting, performance reviews and portfolio health reporting.
• Monitor competitors and trends to identify new opportunities.
• Develop a strong understanding of clients' funnels and growth challenges.
