The candidate should have experience selling building materials to contractors, knowledge of the industry, and be able to read blueprints while maintaining communications with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience selling building materials to contractors.
• Knowledge of the building materials industry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify target customers and sales opportunities among local contractors.
• Visit job sites and assist customers with product knowledge and take-offs.
• Process orders and determine suitable credit terms for customers.
• Meet or exceed sales and profitability goals through leads and market trends.
• Maintain clear communication with store team to ensure timely service.
