Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ operational experience in a home improvement industry setting.
• At least 3 years’ management or training experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and daily operations, ensuring policy compliance.
• Monitor and improve sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and community sales growth.
• Train and manage sales representatives in sales and operational processes.
• Forecast service needs for seasonal changes and increased volume.
• Lead field sales initiatives and coach the sales team.
