Job summary

Empire Today is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations within their assigned market. The role includes managing sales, service, installations, and operational processes to ensure smooth performance.

Responsibilities include training and guiding sales representatives, forecasting service needs for seasonal changes, and leading field sales initiatives to drive growth while maintaining policy compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ operational experience in a home improvement industry setting.
• At least 3 years’ management or training experience.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and daily operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Monitor and improve key sales metrics, customer satisfaction, installed closing, and growth.
• Train and manage sales representatives in both sales and operational processes.
• Forecast service needs for seasonal business changes and increased volume.
• Lead field sales initiatives.
• Coaches and develops sales teams.
