Job summary

Stanley Martin is seeking an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager to start daily tasks in the model home or sales office, greet prospects, and learn buyers' priorities. You will present available homes, stock brochures, and audit materials to ensure accuracy across marketing channels.

You will collaborate with marketing on events, answer buyer questions, and support the neighborhood in achieving sales goals while maintaining top service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and appointments at the model home or sales office.
• Show available homes and learn what matters to buyers in their search.
• Stock brochure material and audit marketing materials for accuracy.
• Assist buyers through the home buying process and answer questions.
• Coordinate with corporate marketing for events and neighborhood announcements.
• Submit listing information to Stanley Martin.com and the MLS.
• Maintain neighborhood presentation and provide high quality customer service while supporting sales goals.
