Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager to join the team in our Virginia sales offices. You will be the right hand to the Neighborhood Sales Manager, assisting with daily setup, prospect greetings, and materials management.

You will help ensure accurate marketing content, coordinate events, and support buyers through the process, including loan information discussions, while maintaining high-quality customer service. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Strong organization to track outreach and sales needs.
• Willingness to learn new technology quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and manage appointments at the model home or sales office.
• Assist NSM with setting up the sales office and materials.
• Audit marketing materials and listings for accuracy weekly.
• Support buyers through the home buying process and answer questions.
