Stanley Martin is seeking an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager to support the Neighborhood Sales Manager in a model home environment. You will greet prospects, present homes, and maintain the sales office and marketing materials with meticulous attention to detail.

You will gather buyer information, answer questions about home progress and financing, and coordinate events with corporate marketing. This role emphasizes reliable customer service and achievement of neighborhood sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a customer service approach and track record of working with customers
• Willingness to learn new technology quickly and adapt to tools
• Detail oriented to review marketing materials and contracts
• Organized to manage prospect outreach and sales needs
• Able to work until 6pm and on weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and schedule/host appointments at the model home or sales office
• Set up the sales office and stock brochure materials
• Audit marketing materials and website details for accuracy
• Assist buyers with questions about home progress and loan information
• Coordinate with corporate marketing to announce events and post listings on Stanley Martin.com and MLS
• Help achieve neighborhood sales goals through high-quality customer service
