Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Neighborhood Sales Manager to design and execute sales strategies, working to exceed sales objectives while cultivating relationships with prospective homebuyers. You will guide clients through the full sales journey, collaborating with construction teams and consultants to ensure a smooth buyer experience.

The role requires a minimum of three years in new home sales for a production builder, with weekend availability and strong negotiation and communication

Qualifications

At least three years of proven experience in new home sales for a production builder.
Available to work weekends.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Clear communication; ability to build internal and external relationships and maintain data tracking.

Responsibilities

Design and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective homebuyers.
Guide clients through the entire sales journey and coordinate with team members.
Ensure all sales activities, leads, follow-ups, and deals are accurately logged in CRM.
Monitor market trends and keep marketing materials accurate and compelling.
