This role oversees the marketing team, guides major initiatives, and delivers measurable impact on business performance with a focus on an exceptional member experience.

The position is hybrid, with office at the Unitus Business Center in Tigard.

Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with marketing technologies and platforms.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Certifications in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes integrated marketing strategies across channels to align with objectives and drive growth.
• Leads data-driven, multi-channel campaigns to accelerate membership growth and customer lifetime value.
• Partners with product, channel, lending, and member services to build integrated plans and maintain external relationships.
• Monitors trends and insights to identify growth opportunities and differentiate the brand.
