Job summary

Sage Credit Union is expanding its in-house marketing department at Lakeport Business Center in Klamath Falls, OR, and seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the team, shape strategy, and elevate brand visibility across channels. You will direct marketing and sales planning, perform market research, coordinate with IT, Compliance and Training, and ensure campaigns align with brand pillars.

A 4-year degree is required; 2–5 years in financial services marketing; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Two to five years of experience in marketing in financial services preferred.
• Cooperative, positive attitude toward members and fellow employees using sound interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing Team: Develop, coach and manage individual team members to ensure department excellence.
• Develop strategy to build brand visibility, recognition, and adoption in emerging markets.
• Direct marketing and sales planning, including an analysis of competitive products/services, selling techniques, regulation, budgets, pricing and distribution.
• Conduct market research and recommend product/service modifications or improvements.
• Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders including IT, Compliance, and Training to ensure alignment in the positioning and effective delivery of communications.
