Job summary

CampusPoint is seeking an Order Fulfillment & Distribution Coordinator (Logistics Operations) in Beaverton, OR. The role focuses on accurate order processing, fulfillment, and shipment coordination, using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related systems to support efficient order flow.

You will engage with internal teams, customers, carriers, and 3PL partners to maintain records, resolve issues, and improve logistics processes. 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with DOE compensation of $55k–$65k.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of emails professionally.
• Accurate, efficient order entry and documentation.
• Self-motivated and career-oriented, with an initiative-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Supply Chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day order management from entry to fulfillment.
• Manage order volume to meet SLAs and resolve issues.
• Ensure shipping requirements and documentation are met.
• Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and shipping labels.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight and returns with suppliers.
• Communicate with customers on status and discrepancies.
• Track mis-shipments, fines, and carrier claims; manage 3PL reporting.
• Update shipping system with rates and service standards.
