Job summary

Oregon Freeze Dry is hiring a Fulfillment Coordinator to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate and timely order picking, packing and shipping. You will work with ERP and SPS Commerce to optimize inventory and order routing, while training staff and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in fulfillment operations.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and EDI order processing.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse activities for accurate picking, packing and shipping.
• Lead safety-forward operations and coach staff on workflows.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, loading, and shipping tasks.
• Coordinate small-parcel, international, and hazmat shipments using required procedures.
• Use ERP system to track inventory and priority orders; improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with transportation staff, carriers and Customer Service.
• Support audits and ensure USDA/FDA and customer requirements are met.
