Job summary

Innovative Ag Services, Co. seeks a Location Manager in Farley, IA to lead the local team and oversee daily operations at the Farley location. You will manage customer service, inventory control, and financial accountability to support IAS growth and member satisfaction.

You will recruit and train staff, optimize processes, and coordinate with sales and marketing to reach annual volume and revenue goals while maintaining safety and facility standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in agricultural retail management including grain, agronomy, feed, and energy.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel/Word).
• Knowledge of Series I computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train location personnel (full-time, seasonal, contractual).
• Lead location growth, daily operations, and product distribution.
• Deliver customer service to grow grain purchases and supply sales.
• Identify customer marketing strategies to increase grain bushels purchased.
• Coordinate with grain department to meet volume goals.
• Safeguard inventory and ensure accurate accounting.
