Job summary

West Central FS, Inc is seeking a Location Manager for the Donnellson, IA location. You will lead the facility team, oversee operations, and drive customer satisfaction while coordinating with sales and agronomy programs.

The role requires a supervisory background, an associate’s degree in agriculture or business, and flexibility to travel. You will manage inventory, scheduling, and safety compliance, with a focus on profitable local performance.

Qualifications

• Requires associate’s degree in agriculture or business and at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong core competencies including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making, and team development.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel overnight; CDL may be required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, coach, and develop facility staff.
• Ensure timely delivery and service of products using approved processes.
• Provide agronomic services and customer support via soil testing and crop scouting.
• Manage inventory and maintain equipment and facilities records.
• Lead location team meetings and promote planning and dispatch.
• Collaborate with sales to maximize location profitability.
