West Central FS, Inc. in Donnellson, IA, is seeking a Location Manager to lead the facility operations, supervise staff, and drive profitability. You will oversee scheduling, logistics, inventory, and customer service while promoting safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience and an associate degree in agriculture or business. CDL may be required, and travel may be needed to support operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in agriculture or business, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong core competencies including communication, collaboration, and customer focus.
• Ability to use computer and technology to enhance business processes.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license; CDL may be required.

Responsabilités

• Hire, supervise, coach, and develop full- and part-time staff.
• Ensure timely delivery and service of applicable products and services.
• Provide agronomic recommendations using soil testing and crop scouting.
• Manage inventory and maintain equipment and facilities.
• Lead regular location team meetings.
• Support and promote planning, dispatch, and profitability initiatives.
• Oversee billing and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with sales to maximize location growth and profitability.
• Maintain vehicle and present a professional image.
• Follow safety and Code of Conduct policies.
