FARMERS CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY in Iowa seeks a Grain Location Manager to oversee daily grain operations at the assigned location. You will coordinate unloading, storage, and blending processes to ensure efficient milling and shipment.

The role requires inspecting grain quality, managing inventory records, and ensuring safe, compliant operations while leveraging company software for tracking and reporting. Flex-time between office and outdoor work is common.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with grain or elevator operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unloading, loading, store, cleaning and blending of grain for milling and shipment.
• Inspect grain samples to verify variety and quality, route to storage accordingly.
• Load/unload and transport grain using bucket elevators and conveyors to storage tanks.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory boards and conduct basic maintenance records and PPE use.
