Job summary

You will coordinate warehousing, sales, inventory control, budgeting, and safety compliance, while building programs to improve service and expand markets. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent, with 1–2 years relevant experience and knowledge of AS 400 systems.

Qualifications

• AA/associates degree or equivalent with relevant supervision experience.
• 1–2 years related experience or training; strong leadership potential.
• Ability to read and interpret business documents and regulations.
• Proficient math skills for discounts, percentages, and volume calculations.
• Basic algebra and geometry concepts; problem solving in concrete variables.
• Knowledge of AS 400 accounting and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Directs production, distribution, warehousing, and sales per Heartland Co-op policies.
• Supervises staff; hires, trains, and evaluates performance.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and safety compliance.
• Recommends budgets and monitors expenses for profitability.
