NEW Cooperative seeks a location leader to direct operations, sales support, and staff development at our Iowa site. You will coordinate safety, budgeting, and logistics while driving growth and service across agronomy, grain, and related departments.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in agribusiness operations, a CDL Class A with HazMat and pesticide handler’s license, and strong leadership and communication skills to guide a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Significant agribusiness experience.
• At least 5 years in grain and/or agronomy operations.
• Must hold CDL Class A with HazMat and pesticide handler’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to direct safety practices and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise location employees and provide leadership.
• Direct education and development of the location team.
• Fill openings, interview, and extend offers to potential candidates.
• Collaborate with dispatchers and area managers to plan logistics.
• Manage budgets and participate in site expansion opportunities.
• Promote safety practices and ensure compliance.
