Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Local Partnerships & Event Coordinator in Houston to drive B2B revenue through local partnerships and high-impact pop-ups across West U and Sugar Land. This is not a desk job; you’ll network with boutique studios, medspas, luxury properties, and local business owners to turn foot traffic into bookings.

You will lead outbound outreach, plan on-site and off-site events, and manage corporate and VIP outreach while tracking outreach metrics.

Responsibilities

• B2B Outbound & Local Partnerships: Cold outreach, drop in, and build high-value referral loops with local business owners, boutique fitness managers, and neighborhood leaders.
• Pop-Up & Event Execution: Pitch, plan, and execute on-site and off-site pop-up events that generate immediate brand awareness and bookings.
• Corporate & VIP Outreach: Secure group bookings, bridal/private event inquiries, and corporate wellness partnerships with local employers.
• Front-Bar Immersion (Strategic): Engage clients face-to-face at the counter to convert experiential traffic into loyal members.
• ROI & Pipeline Tracking: Own outreach metrics—track partner acquisition conversion, pop-up sign-ups, and partner-driven revenue attribution.
