Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Marketing Intern for our two Houston-area stores, West U and Sugar Land. You\'ll gain hands-on experience with local events, social media strategy, and in-store marketing initiatives for a fast-growing beauty brand.

This part-time role is open to a Houston resident, with opportunities to contribute to promotions, track engagement, and report insights to refine our strategy. Pay is hourly with bonuses and perks described below.

FACE FOUNDRIÉ - Marketing Internship Houston + Sugar Land FACE FOUNDRIÉ is on the lookout for a creative and driven Marketing Intern to support our two franchise stores in the greater Houston area - West U and Sugar Land. In this role, you'll get hands-on experience with local events, social media strategy, and in-store marketing initiatives for our fast-growing beauty brand.

What You'll Do

• Local Event Execution: Plan and execute events including partnerships, pop-ups, and community outreach.
• Social Media + Content: Create engaging content, capture in-store moments, and connect with our local audience across platforms.
• Client Engagement: Work at the front bar to ensure an elevated client experience while gaining insights into FACE FOUNDRIÉ's operations.
• Grassroots Marketing: Support collaborations with local businesses and influencers to drive community engagement.
• Daily Marketing Tasks: Assist with promotions, track engagement, and report insights to refine our strategy.

Part time: 10-25 hours per week

Terms available: Summer 2025, Fall 2025

Pay: $12/hr, $20 membership sign up bonus, $50 business partner acquisition bonus, Facial Maven Membership, product + service discount.
