Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Cold calling and making customer orders; suggest new items.
• Make multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
• Understand client needs and offer alternatives and support.
• Establish and maintain friendly customer relations.
• Create and maintain a prospect list; contact regularly.
• Collaborate with the sales team and handle walk-in customers.
• Occasionally visit customers to ensure orders and inventory.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics.
• Promptly handle inquiries in a fast-paced team environment.
• Record details of each sale and submit weekly reports.
• Analyze customer choices and finances to suggest suitable products.
