Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with high level of confidence; ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
• Creative thinker with ability to resolve problems; energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
• Expert in handling Outlook and MS Excel.
• Persuasive and goal oriented; team player.
• Self-motivated and self-directed; able to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Cold calling and making customer orders; suggest new items; make outbound calls to sales potential clients.
• Understand client needs and offer alternatives, solutions and support; ensure proper attention to every customer.
• Establish friendly relations with customers and maintain ongoing relations.
• Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients and contact them regularly.
• Work with the sales team and support walk-in customers.
• Occasionally visit customers to monitor orders and stock and identify missing products.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Record details of each sales transaction and submit weekly reports to higher officials.
• Analyze customer choices and financial capacity to suggest suitable products.
