The role emphasizes product knowledge, problem solving, and teamwork in a dynamic distribution environment. You will support outside sales, pursue new accounts, and contribute to growth by leveraging ERP/CRM tools and internal resources.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED - Required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specs, and terms.
• Assist outside sales by processing priority transactions.
• Use digital tools to sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined territory.
• Manage a defined customer base and build relationships.
• Close orders and resolve customer issues with root-cause analysis.
