Job summary

Polymershapes is seeking an Operations Manager to drive all facets of operational and fulfillment excellence at our Tyngsborough facility. The role focuses on profitability through lean processes, low-cost solutions, and meeting customer expectations for quality and on-time delivery.

You will lead on-site staff, set goals, measure performance, and collaborate with the general manager, sales, and warehouse teams to push for continuous improvements in cost and cycle times while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or substantial business experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and computer savvy.
• Well organized with a desire to learn and improve.
• Strong analytical and strategic abilities.
• Ability to understand customers' needs and provide relevant information.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site employees in day-to-day operations.
• Set team goals, measure performance, and develop talent.
• Collaborate with GM, sales, and warehouse to drive change.
• Improve warehouse cost efficiency and inventory control.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Implement efficient processes, layout, and workflow.
