Job summary

Ondo is seeking a senior Full-Stack Engineer focused on Growth to design foundations for how users discover, adopt, and retain Ondo products. You will own growth systems from website experiences to experiments and analytics, shaping direction with product, design, marketing, data, and engineering partners.

You will turn insights into durable product improvements and measurable business impact, partnering across teams to drive adoption globally in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and operating production full-stack apps with React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Experience driving growth outcomes through growth engineering or product-led growth.
• Experience building serverless systems on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS).
• Strong data fluency using BigQuery and product analytics to model funnels.

Responsibilities

• Own growth engineering strategy across discovery, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Design foundations for experimentation, instrumentation, and funnel analysis.
• Build polished user experiences and backend systems behind them.
• Work with product data to identify friction and form hypotheses.
• Turn validated learning into durable product capabilities and impact.
• Lead launches, localization, and growth initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Improve organic discovery and conversion through SEO, content, and clear journeys.
• Elevate team quality through clear writing, code reviews, and ops ownership.
