Job summary

Ondo Finance is seeking a Growth Product Manager to own user-facing strategy across the Ondo Finance App. You will drive acquisition, activation, and retention for all products, collaborating with product, design, engineering, and marketing to craft world-class on-chain financial journeys.

You will shape onboarding, activation, and retention through data-driven experimentation and a product-led growth mindset, working with multiple product lines in a fully remote US-based team.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of product management experience with a focus on consumer-facing or growth-oriented products.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial products—especially assets, trading, or investment platforms.
• Personal experience using financial products similar to ours; customer empathy.
• Track record of owning and improving acquisition, activation, and retention metrics at scale.
• Strong product instincts and clear communication; PRD writing and presenting to engineers/leadership.
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on KPI definition and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own user acquisition, activation, and retention growth loops and onboarding flows.
• Design end-to-end onboarding experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop retention features and feedback loops to deepen user relationships.
• Map and improve user journeys across Ondo Finance Web App and future products.
• Drive structured A/B testing and growth analytics with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with product line PMs to coordinate growth across surfaces.
