Job summary

Ondo Finance is seeking a Growth Product Manager to own user-facing strategy across the Ondo Finance App. You will drive acquisition, activation, and retention across Stocks, Treasuries, Portfolios, and more, collaborating with design, engineering, and marketing to shape onboarding and journeys.

You’ll design entry points, map user journeys, run structured A/B tests, define success metrics, and own growth analytics with data and engineering.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of product management experience focused on consumer-facing or growth-oriented products.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial products.
• Personal experience using financial products with customer empathy.
• Proven track record of owning acquisition, activation, and retention metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write PRDs.
• Data-driven with KPI definitions, experiments, and data-driven decisions.
• US-hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Own user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies across the Ondo Finance App.
• Design onboarding flows for web and mobile experiences.
• Improve user journeys across all Ondo products surfaced in the Web App.
• Lead growth experiments and define success metrics with analytics ownership.
• Collaborate with cross-product PMs to align growth initiatives.
