Job summary

Ondo Finance is seeking a Growth Product Manager to own user-facing strategy across the Ondo Finance App. You will drive acquisition, activation, and retention for Stocks, Treasuries, Portfolios, and more, working with product, design, engineering, and marketing to craft world-class on-chain financial journeys.

You will lead onboarding improvements, experiment with growth loops, and build metrics that inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of product management experience focused on consumer-facing or growth products.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial products with real-world assets or trading/investment platforms.
• Personal experience using financial products and customer empathy.
• Proven track record of owning acquisition/activation/retention metrics at scale.
• Strong product instincts and commitment to user experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write PRDs and present to engineers/leadership.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI definition and experiments.

Responsibilities

• Drive user acquisition through product-led growth loops and onboarding flows.
• Design end-to-end onboarding for web and mobile apps.
• Enhance retention and engagement via features and feedback loops.
• Map and improve user journeys across Ondo products.
• Lead structured A/B testing and grow analytics stack with data/engineering.
• Collaborate with product line PMs to coordinate growth across surfaces.
