Job summary

Ondo Finance is seeking a Growth Product Manager to own user-facing product strategy across the Ondo Finance App. This role drives user acquisition, activation, and retention across Stocks, Treasuries, Portfolios, and more.

You will work at the intersection of product, design, engineering, and marketing to craft world-class onboarding and growth loops, map user journeys, run structured A/B tests, and coordinate growth across product surfaces.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of product management experience focused on consumer-facing or growth products.
• Experience in fintech/crypto or financial products involving real-world assets, trading, or investment platforms.
• Ownership of acquisition, activation, and retention metrics at scale.
• Strong product instincts and user-focused mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write PRDs.
• Data-driven with KPI definition and experiments.

Responsibilities

• Activation: optimize onboarding from first visit to first meaningful transaction across Ondo Finance Web App and mobile.

We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. About the role

Ondo Finance is looking for a Growth PM to own user-facing product strategy across our unified platform interface, Ondo Finance App. This role is the growth counterpart to our platform PMs - and will be the primary driver of user acquisition, activation, and retention across Ondo's expanding product suite (Stocks, Treasuries, Portfolios, and more).

You will work at the intersection of product, design, engineering, and marketing to build world-class user journeys for a new generation of on-chain financial products.

What You'll Own

• User acquisition: Identify and build product-led growth loops, referral mechanisms, onboarding flows, and entry points that bring new users into the Ondo ecosystem
• Activation: Design and optimize the end-to-end onboarding experience - from first visit to first meaningful transaction - across Ondo Finance Web App and eventually mobile
• Retention & engagement: Build features and feedback loops that keep users active, informed, and deepening their relationship with Ondo's product lines
• User journey design: Map and continuously improve user journeys across all Ondo products surfaced through Ondo Finance Web App
• Experimentation: Drive a structured A/B testing and experimentation culture; define success metrics and own the growth analytics stack alongside data and engineering
• Cross-product growth: Collaborate with product line PMs to ensure growth initiatives are coordinated and reinforced across product surfaces

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of product management experience with a clear focus on consumer-facing or growth-oriented products
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial products - particularly products involving real-world assets, trading, or investment platforms
• Personal experience using financial products similar to ours, with a genuine desire to walk in the customer's shoes
• Demonstrated track record of owning and improving acquisition, activation, and/or retention metrics at scale
• Strong product instincts - you care deeply about user experience and are willing to do whatever it takes to make the product successful
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write sharp, well-reasoned PRDs and present clearly to engineers and leadership
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience defining KPIs, running experiments, and translating data into product decisions
• US-hours based (preference per current team structure)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with on-chain / Web3 user onboarding challenges (wallet setup, KYC flows, etc.)
• Experience working on a unified platform serving multiple financial product lines
• Prior exposure to developer-facing or API-adjacent products
