Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach, prospecting and conversions.
• Greet studio visitors with energy and knowledge.
• Give studio tours and sell memberships to meet monthly goals.
• Follow up with prospective members.
• Address member concerns professionally to resolution.
• Support marketing events and outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with manager to hit KPI targets.
• Cross-train with Operations Manager for studio maintenance.
