Mid Penn Bank is seeking a Financial Center Manager in Ephrata, PA. You will lead customer acquisition, deepen relationships, and drive sales while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes building a strong sales and service culture, coaching staff, and collaborating with other departments to meet growth goals. A four-year track record plus certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Internal Supervisor Certification and Business Development Certification preferred.
• Notary experience preferred or ability to obtain notary as needed.
• NMLS licensing ability to take residential real estate loan applications is required.

Responsabilités

• Directly contribute to achieving sales goals through loan and deposit growth and fee income.
• Proactively contact customers and prospects to promote awareness and generate new business.
• Build and maintain a sales-and-service culture with strong leadership across activities.
• Set goals, create sales plans, and coach staff to execute the sales process.
• May provide guidance and resolve customer questions and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Support community involvement to promote the bank’s image and grow business.
• Supervise assigned employees and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
