Job summary

Mid Penn Bank seeks a Financial Center Manager in Ephrata, PA. This role focuses on developing new business, deepening customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with policies. You will lead a team, set sales goals, and coach staff to deliver exceptional service.

You will actively call on customers and prospects, promote the bank’s products, and coordinate cross-departmental solutions to meet client needs, while maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years’ related work experience in retail banking.
• Internal Supervisor Certification and Business Development Certification preferred.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Notary experience preferred or ability to obtain notary.
• Ability to obtain and maintain National Mortgage Licensing Registration (NMLS) for residential real estate loans.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for contributing to achieving sales goals through loan and deposit growth, generation of fee income, and delivering service to attract, expand, and retain customer relationships.
• Makes proactive contact with customers and prospects to promote company awareness and deepen existing relationships.
• Responsible for building and maintaining a sales and service culture while demonstrating sales leadership in all activities.
• Sets goals, creates sales plans, and manages the sales process for assigned office(s) with coaching and feedback.
• Makes customer service calls on present customers within the assigned market area to identify additional financial needs.
