Mid Penn Bank is hiring a Financial Center Manager in Ephrata, PA. The role focuses on driving loan and deposit growth, building client relationships, and maintaining strong sales leadership across the office team.

You will coach staff, set sales goals, and ensure compliance with policies while actively calling on customers and prospects to expand business and deepen relations within the community.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent training.
• Notary or ability to obtain Notary as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS licensing.
• Internal Supervisor Certification preferred.
• Business Development Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly contribute to achieving sales goals through loan and deposit growth and fee income.
• Proactively contact customers to promote awareness and deepen relationships.
• Build and maintain a sales culture with coaching and feedback.
• Set goals, create sales plans, and manage the sales process for the office.
• Perform customer service calls to identify financial needs and retention.
• Refer customers to other departments for specialized services.
• Participate in community and civic activities to develop new business.
• Supervise assigned employees and provide guidance and support.
• Ensure office operations comply with policies and procedures.
