Job summary

CPI Card Group in Atlanta, GA seeks a Finance Manager to be the primary finance partner for the Digital business and IPT segment, shaping strategic decisions for growth of digital products and services.

The entrepreneurial, growth-minded finance leader will move beyond forecasting to evaluate new product opportunities, monitor performance, and provide decision support to leaders across product, sales, and operations, with monthly and quarterly reporting and board materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
5+ years of relevant FP&A, strategic finance, or business partnering experience.
Experience building financial models, business cases, and investment analyses.
Ability to influence across product, sales, operations and finance.

Responsibilities

Serve as finance business partner for Digital and IPT, supporting product development and growth leaders.
Build and maintain financial models, pricing analyses, and dashboards to evaluate trends and risks.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, planning, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Evaluate new product initiatives and monitor performance with cross-functional teams.
Support earnings releases, board materials, and executive reviews.
Ad hoc projects, reporting and analysis.
Provide primary finance support for Digital with cross-segment coordination as needed.
