Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to lead the Finance Data Products team. The role focuses on governing and delivering data products that improve financial reporting, controls, and decision-making through AI-enabled insights.

You will partner with Finance, Tax, and Technology, owning the product backlog and driving modernization while mentoring analysts and ensuring adoption across the finance organization.

Qualifications

• Progressive accounting and/or finance experience with strong knowledge of accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Clear communicator and influencer who can translate complex financial data for varied audiences.
• Product-, process-, and transformation-minded, with prioritization and adaptability.
• Experience with ERP implementations, data governance, and financial data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Act as a finance data product owner for enterprise reporting tools and data products, including governance and adoption.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end activities with process controls.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Corporate Reporting, FP&A, Technology, and stakeholders to define requirements and implement solutions.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve productivity and finance decisions.
• Foster experimentation and apply AI-enabled capabilities to business problems.
• Drive optimization of reporting, data integrity, security, master data, and data quality controls.
• Manage product backlog, stakeholder feedback, and adoption opportunities to maximize value.
• Support audit, tax reporting, compliance, reconciliations, and standard requirements.
• Mentor analysts and users to build capability and strengthen product thinking.
