Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to lead our Finance Data Products team. This role focuses on governance, automation, and scalable data products to deliver trusted financial information and better decisions.

You will own enterprise financial data products, collaborate across Finance, Tax, and IT, and mentor analysts while driving modernization and data quality improvements in a hybrid onsite Atlanta setting.

Qualifications

• Progressive accounting and/or finance experience with strong knowledge of accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as a finance data product owner for enterprise reporting tools and data products.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities with process controls.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, FP&A, Technology to define requirements and solutions.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve productivity and insights.
• Foster experimentation by applying AI-enabled capabilities to problems.
• Manage backlog priorities and adoption opportunities to maximize value.
• Support audit, tax reporting, compliance, reconciliations, and standards.
• Mentor analysts to build capability and strengthen product thinking.
