Egnyte is seeking a Field Marketing Manager (Growth Verticals) to define and drive focused growth initiatives remotely across allowable states. You will identify new verticals, build targeted programs with Sales, and scale activations that generate measurable pipeline.

You will leverage AI, Salesforce, and event platforms, collaborating across marketing and product teams to optimize impact and efficiency while aligning with the company’s growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Field Marketing with end-to-end strategy and execution.
• Ability to connect growth signals, field activity, and operational rhythm.
• Systems mindset to create repeatable, improvable processes.
• Comfort with AI, Salesforce, event platforms, and related tools.
• Excellent communication to secure buy-in and drive programs.
• Strong focus on pipeline metrics, cost per op, and velocity.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging industries and segments to drive accelerated pipeline growth.
• Design and run niche, targeted programs with Sales and Leadership.
• Partner with Channel to extend reach through partner events and activations.
• Create Event-in-a-Box frameworks to standardize quality and execution.
