Job summary

Brex is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead the field marketing motion for the Commercial segment. This fully remote role in the United States partners with Sales to create scalable programs that generate new pipeline and accelerate opportunities.

You will own strategy, plan, and budget, analyzing data to optimize campaigns across events, digital experiences, direct mail, and ABM plays. Travel up to 40% for events and meetings may be required.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand gen, ABM, or related roles in SaaS/fintech.
Ability to translate Sales priorities into focused marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of pipeline metrics and ROI analysis.

Responsibilities

Own the field marketing strategy, annual plan, budget, and pipeline goals for the Commercial segment.
Partner with Commercial Sales leadership and set planning rhythm across Marketing, Sales, and SDR.
Build integrated campaigns combining in-person, digital, partner, content, direct mail, and ABM tactics.
Shape event strategy from regional programs to targeted dinners and large experiences.
Test new ideas, define success, and turn wins into repeatable plays and playbooks.
Track results (pipeline, conversion, ROI) and present to senior leaders.
