• Strong visual design across responsive web experiences.
• Copywriting instincts for headlines, body content, and CTAs.
• Customer-centered mindset balancing user needs with brand and business goals.
• An online portfolio with published marketing or digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on marketing content pages, campaign landing pages, and localized web experiences.
• Bridge visual design with on-page messaging to create cohesive customer journeys.
• Create hypothesis-driven design variations and measure performance with analytics teams.
• Contribute to design systems, brand playbooks, and reusable components.
• Ensure designs are buildable, performant, accessible, and CMS-compliant.
• Translate campaign goals into clear design solutions and outcomes.
• Guide agency-produced creatives to align with design systems and experiments.
• Participate in design reviews, user research, and cross-functional planning.
