Job summary
GSW is seeking a Freelance Sr Experience Designer to blend technology with creativity across screens, wearables, and emergent channels. You will design complete digital experiences, including graphics, navigation, and UI elements, ensuring user delight while collaborating with UX, developers, and copy.
The role emphasizes prototyping, animation, and delivering compelling concepts. You will build component libraries in XD/Sketch/Figma, test features with user feedback, and present the big ideas
Qualifications
- 4+ years in digital/experience design
- Proficient in Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma
- Knowledge of 3D design tools (three.js) and Unity bonus
Responsibilities
- Design digital experiences for campaigns targeting healthcare audiences
- Submit work for review and manage revisions
- Create concepts, prototypes, and animations to communicate interactive design solutions
- Present designs and explain the "big idea" to team members
- Collaborate with UX, developers, and copy to ensure seamless solutions
- Develop intuitive interactions for web, mobile, VR/AR across platforms
- Test features and iterate based on user feedback
- Deliver design artifacts and final presentations to help the team understand what to build and why
- Build and maintain component libraries in XD, Sketch, Figma
