24 Seven Talent is seeking an experienced UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging digital experiences across complex products and customer journeys. You will blend user research, interaction design, UI design, and service design to transform insights into accessible solutions.

You will partner with product, engineering, business, and design teams in an agile environment, advocating for users, communicating decisions clearly, and ensuring consistency from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in UX, UI, interaction, service design, information architecture, or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and user-centered problem solving.
Experience with qualitative research methods, including interviews and usability studies.
Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma and FigJam.
Experience creating journey maps, service blueprints, prototypes, and detailed interface designs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Design user-centered digital experiences for web, mobile, and cross-channel journeys.
Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and service blueprints.
Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and discovery activities to identify needs and pain points.
Translate research findings into clear, actionable design recommendations.
Collaborate with product owners, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, brand, and technical requirements.
Present design concepts and research insights to stakeholders and support informed decision-making.
