Job summary

Atticus is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Growth Pod, leading a full‑stack product team responsible for critical customer experiences at scale. You will shape the roadmap, drive execution, and own the team’s output while coaching engineers and collaborating with PMs and designers.

We value hands‑on leaders who review code, contribute to architecture, and leverage AI tooling to improve product outcomes. This fully remote role may involve periodic travel to LA.

Qualifications

• Managed a team of at least three engineers for more than a year.
• Grew engineers including senior ICs and those early in their careers.
• Worked in a high-performing product organization with PMs and designers.
• Operated with ambiguity and limited resources, in startups or large companies.
• Used AI coding tools seriously in your own work over the past year.

Responsibilities

• Lead a full-stack product pod and report to the VP of Engineering.
• Shape ambitious roadmap and drive the work to deliver.
• Own the team roadmap, culture, and processes; coach team members.
• Review PRs and contribute to architecture and code quality.
